“A little gate my book can be That leads to fields of minstrelsy, And though you think I sit at home Afar in foreign fields I roam.”
While you are sitting at home, let this website be a little gateway for the mind to roam free and appreciate Toronto’s architectural gems.
Toronto may not be the most beautiful city in the world, but some of the world’s most beautiful places are right here in Toronto.
The idea of creating a website dedicated to old houses has been on my mind for years.
While at an automotive museum in Milan, a brand with an intricate logo design incorporating pieces of Milan and Italian culture, and visiting the town with Visconti Villa, the inspiration for the @toronto.old.house logo design finally came together.
The logo design incorporates elements of Toronto, a very special house from my favorite Toronto neighborhood, the climbing vines and matured trees surrounding it, with a Canada goose flying freely, roaming Toronto’s beloved ravines, trails and ponds below.
Thank you @hkoldhouse for your continuous inspiration.
